ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੇਕੇ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਮਾਲ ਪਟਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ 221 ਖਾਲੀ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ ਪਟਵਾਰੀਆਂ/ਕਾਨੂੰਗੋਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਘਨਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਥੋਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਭਰਤੀ 31 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2023 ਤੱਕ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਲਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਗ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ 9 ਜੂਨ ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 25,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਫਿਕਸ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਅਸਾਮੀ ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ 64 ਸਾਲ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਕੇਸ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਪੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ।
ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀਆਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਪਟਵਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਲ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਏ.ਐਸ.ਐਮ/ਡੀ.ਐਸ.ਐਮ. ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੀ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਯੋਗ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ ਪਟਵਾਰੀ/ਕਾਨੂੰਨਗੋ 9 ਜੂਨ, 2022 ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਦੇ ਕਮਰਾ ਨੰਬਰ 212, ਸਦਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਗੋ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਵੈ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਵੀ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੋਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਕੇਸ/ਜਾਂਚ/ਐਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ. ਪੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਹੈ।
Following the directions issued by the state government, District Administration Jalandhar has invited applications from retired patwaris/kanoongo to fill up as many as 221 vacant posts of revenue patwaris on contractual basis in Jalandhar.
Divulging the details, Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori said that the entire recruitment would be valid for one year up to July 31, 2023 and eligible applicants can submit their applications by June 9. He also mentioned that the selected candidates would get a fixed salary worth Rs. 25,000 per month adding that the maximum age for applying for this post is 64 years. Likewise, there must not by any pending criminal case or departmental enquiry against the applicant, said Mr. Thori.
The deputy commissioner also said that the appointments would be made purely for rural areas and the selected patwari would not be authorized to directly make any kind of changes in the revenue records as they would work only through their respective ASMs/DSM. He said that the eligible retired patwaris/kanoongo can submit their applications at room no 212, Sadar Kanoongo Branch at District Administrative Complex by 5 pm of June 9, 2022. He added that the applicants have to attach a copy of their retirement orders passed by the competent authority besides an affidavit stating both they were held convicted by any court of law nor any criminal case, FIR and enquiry is pending against them.
